Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
1–2 years of experience in application support or IT helpdesk roles.
Basic understanding of Oracle EPM modules and architecture.
Familiarity with ITSM tools (e.g., ServiceNow, Remedy).
Strong analytical and communication skills.
Ability to work in shifts and handle high-volume support environments.

Preferred Skills:

Exposure to Oracle Cloud EPM or Hyperion.
Experience with ADM tools and metadata management.
Knowledge of incident, problem, and change management processes.

Work Environment:

Hybrid or On-site (Hyderabad office).

Rotational shifts may be required to support global operations
