Job Description

Key Deliverables:

Drive engineering operations efficiency and ensure 98% adherence to KPI metrics.
Collaborate on MOR reporting across Global, Meta, India, China, and Mexico regions.
Manage HTS BA India AOP with less than 2% variance and drive operational efficiency.
Lead asset utilization, Capex, Opex, lab management, and budgeting for HTS BA India.

Role Responsibilities:

Manage a team of data analysts and ensure compliance with reporting and time sheet metrics.
Resolve systemic issues in Accolade, SAP, and Fiori in collaboration with IT teams.
Collaborate with various departments to streamline operations and drive efficiency.
Establish near real-time operational metrics availability and predictive analytics.
