Certifications in ESG or sustainability reporting are advantageous. - Experience: 3-5 years of experience in environmental compliance, sustainability program management, or ESG reporting. - Skills: Strong analytical skills, familiarity with sustainability frameworks like GRI, CDP, SASB, or ISO 14001, and proficiency in data analysis tools. - Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills for presenting complex data to diverse audiences. - Mindset: Proactive, detail-oriented, and passionate about driving positive environmental change.
