Environmental Compliance Lead

Compliance programs, you will play a crucial role in driving the RoHS2/3 & REACH programs within the organization. Key Responsibilities: - Lead and manage a team to drive the Environmental Compliance program effectively - Conduct env compliance due diligence processes to support RoHS & REACH program - Utilize data quality systems for risk assessments, acceptance criteria, and purchasing procedures - Ensure compliance with Compliance Assurance systems (CAS) documents and processes - Demonstrate a good understanding of Chemical and Mechanical Properties of Plastics and Metals - Read and create Material Data Sheets (MDS) and convert Modules to MDS as required - Follow IPC-1752 guidelines for environmental compliance - Coordinate with customers and suppliers to guide them in creating IMDS for products - Evaluate Material Data Sheets (IMDS) for various components using RoHS testing methods - Conduct in-house safety testing of components when material data cannot be identified - Interface with external agencies for formal testing and certification requirements, including US and Canada NRTL requirements Qualifications Required: - Minimum 5-10 years of experience in handling Env.
