✅ Job Opening 1: PV Analyst (3–4 Yrs Exp) – Monitoring as a Service | Chennai / Delhi-NCR

📍 Location: Chennai (HQ) – On-Site / Delhi-NCR – Hybrid

🕒 Experience: 3–4 Years

🎓 Education: B.E. / B.Tech / M.Tech (Electrical, Renewable Energy, or related)

We're looking for an experienced PV Analyst to join our Monitoring as a Service team, managing real-time performance of international solar assets – primarily German rooftop plants.

🔧 Your Role:

Monitor and analyze solar PV plant performance
Identify faults, anomalies, and underperformance
Coordinate with O&M teams for timely resolution
Benchmark asset performance and generate insights

🛠️ What You Bring:

3–4 years in solar PV monitoring or related roles
Hands-on with data loggers, SCADA, and solar monitoring platforms
Strong understanding of communication protocols – Modbus (RTU/TCP), RS485, TCP/IP
Analytical mindset with strong troubleshooting skills
