Entry Level Business Analyst

As an Entry-Level Business Analyst, you will be responsible for the following: - Gather and document business requirements in clear user stories and simple process flows. - Work with product managers, developers, and QA teams to support the delivery of software features. - Assist in Agile activities such as sprint planning, backlog updates, and daily stand-ups. - Create and maintain project documentation like BRDs, FRDs, and use cases. - Support testing efforts by preparing test cases, helping with UAT, and reporting defects. - Analyse current business processes and suggest improvements or automation opportunities. To qualify for this role, you should meet the following criteria: - Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, Computer Science, or a related field. - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. - Basic understanding of SDLC and Agile methodologies. - Ability to document requirements clearly and work with cross-functional teams. - Good communication and organizational skills. - Familiarity with tools like JIRA, Confluence, MS Office, or similar platforms (a plus).
