As an experienced Software Architect, your role will involve analyzing and documenting the current-state architecture, understanding the business strategy to define target architecture, and conducting solution evaluations aligned with enterprise goals. You will drive technology rationalization by recommending streamlined alternatives, define and maintain enterprise architecture standards, and collaborate with development teams to ensure high-level design alignment. Your responsibilities will also include performing periodic code reviews, advising on strategic initiatives, and providing architectural oversight throughout the project lifecycle. Key Responsibilities: - Analyze and document current-state architecture, including systems, integrations, and data flows. - Define and evolve the target architecture based on the business strategy and roadmap. - Conduct solution evaluations, provide recommendations aligned with enterprise goals. - Drive technology rationalization, identify redundant or outdated technologies, recommend streamlined alternatives. - Define and maintain enterprise architecture standards, including guidelines for security, performance, scalability, and interoperability. - Collaborate with development teams, guide high-level design alignment with target architecture. - Perform periodic code reviews to enforce architectural principles, ensure code quality, security, and performance compliance. - Partner with stakeholders across business, security, and operations to ensure architecture meets enterprise-wide requirements. - Serve as a key advisor on strategic initiatives, provide architectural oversight throughout the project lifecycle. - Provide deep technical expertise to assess solution proposals and specifications. - Work closely with key stakeholders from various business units to understand their requirements and translate them into architectural specifications. - Conceptualize and design end-to-end architecture leveraging enterprise-wide technology and analytics platform. - Resolve technical problems and constraints, provide supervision and guidance to development teams. Qualifications Required: - Bachelors or masters degree in computer science, Engineering, or related field. - 10+ years of progressive experience in software architecture, solution design, or enterprise architecture. - Sound knowledge in coding languages, Mobile app technologies, various operating systems, and databases. - Proven experience in DevSecOps and CI/CD adoption and deployment. - Hands-on experience in designing and developing reusable components, microservices, containers, and Kubernetes. - Proven expertise in designing scalable, secure, and high-performance enterprise systems. - Strong knowledge of cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP), integration patterns, and modern application architectures (microservices, APIs). - Hands-on experience with architecture modeling tools (e.g., ArchiMate, Sparx EA). - Familiarity with security and compliance standards (e.g., OWASP, ISO 27001). - Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.,
