Accenture is seeking a talented and experienced Enterprise Solution Architect with expertise in End User Computing to join our dynamic team in Mumbai/Bangalore . As an Enterprise Solution Architect, you will play a pivotal role in designing and implementing scalable solutions that meet the complex needs of our clients. The ideal candidate will have 6-9 years of hands-on experience in End User Computing architecture and a proven track record of delivering successful projects. Key Responsibilities: Lead the design and implementation of End User Computing solutions, ensuring alignment with business objectives and IT strategies. Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into effective and innovative technical solutions. Provide technical leadership in the evaluation and selection of technology solutions, tools, and platforms related to End User Computing. Develop and maintain architecture blueprints, guidelines, and standards for End User Computing environments. Stay abreast of industry trends and emerging technologies to ensure solutions remain current and competitive. Work closely with project teams to ensure the successful delivery of solutions within established timelines and budget constraints. Provide mentorship and guidance to junior architects and other team members. Key Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Proven experience as an Enterprise Solution Architect with a focus on End User Computing (6-9 years). In-depth knowledge of End User Computing technologies, including virtual desktop infrastructure (VDI), application virtualization, and endpoint management. Strong understanding of cloud-based solutions and their integration with End User Computing. Experience with leading End User Computing platforms such as VMware, Citrix, or Microsoft. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to convey complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Proven ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment. Relevant certifications in Enterprise Architecture or End User Computing technologies are desirable.
