Should be able to think out of the box for various scenarios when one methodology is not working for a particular issue. Should be able to understand the end-to-end process of EUC Certification. Should have the insights to read beyond the planning notes, to understand the actual requirement of an app packaging request. Should be able to understand the history of an application in and out in the sense how it was packaged, what was its requirements earlier and then come to a decision on how to package the current request. Should be able to decode the glitches in planning notes and lab tech teams findings of an application and steer the packaging to right direction by coordinating with the planner/lab team or customer (if needed). Should be willing to contribute to SIP periodically by giving automations for various activities related to the end-to-end process. Should have basic knowledge on VMWare vSphere. If not, then he/she must be a quick learner of activities that may be beyond app packaging.
