Experience: 5+ years Location: Pune Mode: WFO Role & responsibilities : Hunt and on-board key clients/ target accounts from the assigned market. Create a strategic road map, plan, control and direct activities of sales teams to attain business objectives. Planning sales tactics, deal closures and revenue plan for the region. Winning key accounts from competition and defending existing accounts. Responsible for competition mapping/ tracking market trends and industry benchmarks. Build and maintain strong customer relationships and be partner to customers to understand their needs and objectives. New customer acquisition, customer relationship management. Customer Outreach: Responsible for research and generation of leads and identify prospective customers for their commerce operations. Communication: Drive conversations through emails and social media with prospects on Eshopbox and their commerce operations through various communication tools and strategies. You will be responsible for leading a team. Utilize HubSpot, cold calling, and email to generate new sales opportunities. Identify the prospects needs and suggest appropriate solution. Build long term relationships with prospects to qualify leads as sales opportunities
