Description
As an Enterprise Quality Engineering & Test Transformation professional at UST, you will play a crucial role in defining and implementing the enterprise-wide Quality Engineering vision and test strategy. Your key responsibilities will include: - Strategy & Leadership: - Define and implement the enterprise-wide Quality Engineering Vision, Test Strategy, and Policy. - Lead Test Transformation Initiatives focusing on automation, efficiency, and speed to market. - Develop a Tool Strategy and Automation Roadmap aligned with business objectives. - Architect end-to-end test solutions for complex business and technical challenges. - Test Design, Planning, & Execution: - Drive test design, development, and execution activities aligned with modern DevOps and Agile practices. - Define and execute Enterprise Test Maturity Assessments. - Develop Automation Roadmaps for test lifecycle optimization. - Identify trends and propose new services/tools to enhance quality and service delivery. - Reporting & Governance: - Establish Test Reporting and Metrics Frameworks to measure outcomes. - Communicate strategy changes, quality trends, and test performance to IT leadership. - Knowledge Management & Thought Leadership: - Author whitepapers, POVs, and knowledge assets to establish thought leadership. - Facilitate workshops, presentations, and forums to share best practices. - Mentor teams and promote adoption of new tools and quality engineering technologies. - Change Management Support: - Develop Change Management strategies aligned with test transformation goals. - Conduct stakeholder mapping, engagement, and feedback collection. - Design and execute communication plans, training programs, and enablement content. - Monitor resistance and readiness to influence strategy. Key Measures of Success include: - Increase in Enterprise Test Automation Coverage - % Reduction in Testing Cost - % Improvement in Speed to Market - Number of New Services and Tools Deployed - Number of Kaizens / Continuous Improvements Implemented - Number of Test Solutions Accepted by Customers - Number of Thought Leadership Assets Published - Improvement in Stakeholder Adoption and Satisfaction Metrics Required Skills & Experience: - Technical & Strategic Skills: - Strong ability to define enterprise test strategies and policies. - Expertise in Test Automation Tools, DevOps, and CI/CD frameworks. - Proficient in technical and cost-benefit analysis of tools and test solutions. - Ability to architect complex test solutions and design test data/environment strategies. - Change & Communication Skills: - Experience in Change Management, stakeholder engagement, and communication planning. - Skilled in training development, enablement activities, and resistance management. - Familiarity with collaboration tools and platforms. - Knowledge & Frameworks: - Working knowledge of Assessment Models, Lean, Six Sigma, and Quality Standards. - Familiarity with Test Maturity Models, Agile, SAFe, and DevOps practices. - Awareness of current IT and Quality Engineering trends. Education & Qualifications: - Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field. - Certifications preferred: ISTQB Advanced, Certified Agile Tester, Six Sigma, SAFe Agilist, Change Management.
