Role Overview

The Enterprise Presales Architect is a strategic partner to the Sales and Inside Sales teams, responsible for shaping winning enterprise technology solutions, driving sales enablement, and building thought leadership. This role blends architecture expertise, business understanding, and strong communication skills to influence customer decisions across global markets.

The Enterprise Presales Architect:

  • Handholds Sales with structured training & enablement

    on key technology and business domains (Cloud, Data, AI, Integration, SDLC, Quality Engineering, B2B enterprise operations).
  • Supports Sales and Inside Sales during lead-qualification and early discovery calls across US time zones (EST/PST/CST)

    to help evaluate opportunities and guide solution positioning.
  • Research emerging technology trends

    (AI/GenAI, Agentic AI, Data Engineering, Cloud Modernization, Automation, DevOps/SRE) and helps Inside Sales develop relevant outreach campaigns, messaging frameworks, and value propositions.
  • Contributes to thought leadership

    through LinkedIn posts, corporate blogs, whitepapers, and industry insights to strengthen ACL Digital's digital persona and credibility.
  • Maintains and manages all sales-supporting documentation

    , including capability decks, industry collateral, case studies, solution templates, proposal assets, and digital repositories.
  • Works cross-functionally with Delivery, Engineering, Marketing, and GTM teams to ensure solution consistency, feasibility, and market relevance.

Key Responsibilities

Solutioning & Architecture

  • Create high-quality solution blueprints, architecture diagrams, and reference architectures.
  • Lead technical sections of RFIs, RFPs, proposals, and client presentations.
  • Conduct requirement workshops and architecture discovery sessions with prospects.
  • Evaluate cross-functional impacts across cloud, application, data, security, and integration layers.

Sales Enablement

  • Prepare sales playbooks, pitch decks, and reusable solution assets.
  • Coach account executives and inside sales teams on enterprise trends, offerings, and differentiators.
  • Support pipeline acceleration through solution demonstrations and domain anchoring.

Thought Leadership & Research

  • Develop PoVs, blogs, and thought leadership content on enterprise, digital transformation, and AI-driven architectures.
  • Track and analyze industry developments to recommend new capabilities and GTM approaches.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Education

  • MBA (preferably Sales/Marketing)

    +

    BE/BTech in Information Science/Technology

  • 7+ CGPA or First Division

    in both degrees.

Technical Skills

  • Strong foundations in programming, database management, SQL/NoSQL, and data engineering.
  • Understanding of AI/ML, Big Data, automation concepts, and cloud-native principles.
  • Good knowledge of SDLC, PM, PGM, and quality engineering.

Architecture & Design Skills

  • Ability to design high-level & low-level architectures using UML, C4, BPMN, or similar.
  • Understanding of enterprise integration patterns, API-led architecture, microservices, and cloud architectures.
  • Exposure to

Soft Skills

  • Excellent English communication, storytelling, and presentation abilities.
  • French or Spanish proficiency is highly desirable.

  • Strong consultative selling ability and stakeholder management.

Preferred Certifications

  • Cloud Architect (AWS/Azure/GCP), TOGAF, PMP/ITIL/SAFe, Data/AI certifications.
