Job Description

Role Overview: You will be part of the Digital Office Operations Enterprise Architecture team at Logitech. This team ensures that systems and processes are aligned with business strategy to stay agile and resilient in a rapidly changing environment. As the Enterprise Lead Architect, you will play a crucial role in bridging business goals with IT strategy to support Logitech's overall objectives. Key Responsibilities: - Understand business goals, vision, and strategy to develop a business and IT architecture strategy - Identify IT needs to achieve tactical and strategic enterprise goals - Act as a bridge between Logitech's Business Groups, Functions, and IT to drive standardization and efficiency - Assess current technology footprint and advocate for future technology foundations aligned with IT roadmaps - Identify gaps in business goals vs IT systems and scout for appropriate technology solutions - Optimize IT landscape, reduce technical debt, and manage costs by consolidating systems - Define data flow across applications, establish relationships, and identify applications with high number of interfaces - Set EA standards, principles, and methodologies for system design and integration - Collaborate with domain architects and lead initiatives to modernize legacy systems - Identify potential risks in IT architectures and create strategies for mitigation - Bring industry thought leadership on digital transformation and emerging technologies Qualifications Required: - 12+ years of IT experience with 4+ years in Enterprise Architecture role - Proficiency in Enterprise Architecture Frameworks such as TOGAF or Zachman - Deep knowledge of ERP Systems, SaaS, APIs, Microservices, and integration patterns - Ability to interact with senior executives, influence, and communicate effectively - Strong problem-solving capabilities and change management skills - Understanding of cloud computing, software development lifecycle, and network infrastructure - Project and portfolio management capabilities, prioritization review, and execution skills - Knowledge of data and application security governance strategies - Bachelor's/Master's degree in Computer Science or Information Systems - Certification in TOGAF, Zachman, or ITIL - Familiarity with AI/ML technologies and fluency in English Additional Details: Logitech offers a hybrid work model allowing employees to work remotely or on-premises.
