Enterprise GRC - AuditBoard - Senior

Role Overview: As an EY GDS Consulting Senior, you will have the opportunity to contribute technically and functionally to GRC Technology client engagements and internal projects. Your role will involve identifying potential business opportunities for EY within existing engagements, anticipating and identifying risks, and sharing any issues with senior team members. You will play a key role in creating GRC/IRM proof of concepts, assessing technology feasibility, and participating in the design and development of custom AuditBoard GRC applications to meet client needs and compliance requirements. Key Responsibilities: - Collaborate with Solution Designers/Architects, and BAs to brainstorm solutions, understand business requirements, and propose the best feasible solution for implementation. - Map customer requirements to AuditBoard GRC functionality and provide guidance on implementing GRC processes. - Design and develop custom AuditBoard GRC applications and modules tailored to specific client needs. - Configure and customize AuditBoard GRC workflows, policies, forms, and UI elements to create efficient solutions covering areas such as Policy and Compliance Management, Risk Management, Business Continuity Management, and more. - Participate in scrum meetings, drive process optimization using automation, and conduct testing and quality assurance for developed solutions. - Stay updated with the latest AuditBoard GRC features and industry trends to drive continuous improvement. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AuditBoard GRC with other systems and tools. - Assist in RFP pursuits, proposals, and client relationships, ensuring timely delivery of tasks and adherence to quality processes. - Mentor project resources, participate in people initiatives, and demonstrate leadership in fostering teamwork and quality culture. Qualifications Required: - 3-7 years of relevant experience in a similar role within a professional services organization. - Experience in leading/completing end-to-end AuditBoard implementation engagements. - AuditBoard GRC certifications such as Certified Core Administrator and Certified Module Administrator. - Proficiency in developing technical documentation and understanding cross GRC domains. - Knowledge of AuditBoard technology platform and experience in team building and project management. - Ideally, a B.E/B.Tech or MBA with additional experience in Big3 or panelled SI/ITeS companies.
