Enterprise Development Representative

Role Overview: As an Enterprise Development Representative, your main responsibility will be to serve as the front line to the Field Sales team. You will actively prospect through cold calls and emails to establish a robust sales pipeline, focusing on specific target segments. Your goal is to identify and capitalize on large-sized opportunities that can be closed quickly. Key Responsibilities: - Identify new opportunities for the sales team through targeted outbound cold-calling and emailing - Collaborate with the field sales teams to nurture and expand the sales pipeline with qualified opportunities that align with revenue targets and quotas - Engage and cultivate prospects to generate interest in Replicon's products, encourage product evaluations, and leverage the purchasing intent of decision makers and influencers Qualifications Required: - University Degree - 3-4 years of successful experience in the software industry, utilizing both inbound and outbound prospecting techniques in a B2B sales environment within North America, EMEA, or APJ regions - Strong oral and written communication skills to effectively engage with stakeholders, present information persuasively, and confidently interact with prospects over the phone - Ability to collaborate effectively with internal and external customers, establish positive relationships, create impactful first impressions, and manage conflicts - Demonstrated track record of meeting or surpassing targets - Proficiency in research and account/market analysis - Persuasive, persistent, and professional communication style when interacting with prospects via phone and email Please note: - This role requires flexibility to work in North American shifts (6:30 PM till 3:30 AM).,
