Enterprise Data Ops Senior Coordinator

As a member of the PepsiCo Data Management and Operations team, you will play a crucial role in maintaining a predictable and transparent global operating rhythm to ensure seamless access to high-quality data for stakeholders across the company. Your responsibilities will include day-to-day data collection, transportation, and curation of the PepsiCo corporate data asset. You will collaborate cross-functionally to centralize and standardize data for use by various stakeholders, increasing awareness and democratizing access to data within the organization. Your key responsibilities will involve developing process overviews and best practice documentation for the team, performing data maintenance in SAP Master Data Governance (MDG) environment, and ensuring compliance with global template rules and standards. You will manage data setup requests from business requestors, ensuring the proper completion of workflow requests and approvals on MDG. Additionally, you will leverage your analytical skills to propose process improvement plans and maintain accurate lists of key master data attributes as project references. To excel in this role, you should possess a Bachelor's degree in Computers/Management Information Systems or related fields, with at least 3 years of experience in Data Management focusing on Material & BP Customer/Supplier. Familiarity with SAP ECC or MDG/S4 HANA is preferred, along with experience in system implementation, testing, and baseline support. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and VBA is essential, and the ability to work autonomously while being detail-oriented and thorough in documentation and communication is crucial. A strong understanding of Business Processes in the Customer Master Data Domain, technical proficiency in SAP Enterprise or MDG/S4 HANA, and knowledge of mass update tools like Winshuttle will be advantageous. Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written, are essential for effective collaboration within the team and across departments.
