As an experienced professional with 6-10 years of experience leading master data management (MDM) initiatives and working with ERP/EPM/BI tools, you will play a crucial role in designing end-to-end master data and mapping solutions for ERP, EPM, and non-cloud interfaces. Your hands-on experience with cloud-based SaaS and PaaS platforms will be essential in implementing efficient solutions. You should have a strong understanding of business workflows and change management processes, along with advanced knowledge of custom validations, property logic derivations, data governance, and MDM best practices. Your advanced skills in metadata management, imports/exports, and Oracle Cloud EPM integration will be highly valuable for the organization. Experience with automation tools like EPM Automate, REST APIs, and migration projects will be beneficial. Your experience in engaging in client workshops and requirement gathering sessions will be key in driving successful outcomes. Additionally, experience in migrating from DRM to EDMCS and from on-premises to cloud environments will be advantageous. In addition to the must-have requirements, it would be beneficial to have a strong track record in optimizing business workflows and managing change, including stakeholder alignment and organizational readiness. Advanced skills in designing mapping solutions for EPM, ERP, and custom applications, along with good knowledge of metadata management processes in downstream systems such as ERP, EPBCS, FCCS, etc., would be advantageous. Your educational background should include a BE/B.Tech degree or equivalent from an accredited university. Skills in apache spark, snowflake, erp, kubernetes, bi, paas, data governance, python, terraform, epm, mdm, saas, sql, and master data management will be essential for excelling in this role.,
