Enterprise Architect

About Trianz

• Architect and design managed infrastructure solutions across on-premises, cloud, and hybrid environments.
• Develop reference architectures and technical blueprints for infrastructure service delivery.
• Act as a trusted advisor in Enterprise Service Management, Monitoring, and AIOps strategy.
• Define service catalogs, SLAs, disaster recovery, and business continuity frameworks.

Technical Leadership

• Lead infrastructure assessments and modernization strategies.
• Provide expert guidance on cloud migrations and automation.
• Drive implementation of infrastructure monitoring and performance tools.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable, automated provisioning systems.

Service Management & Operations

• Design and implement ITIL-based service management processes.
• Develop operational runbooks and establish incident, problem, and change management workflows.
• Define key performance indicators and continuous service improvement plans.

Client Engagement

• Serve as the technical SME during client discussions and pre-sales cycles.
• Conduct solution workshops, demonstrations, and technical deep-dives.
• Offer continuous optimization strategies and innovation roadmaps for clients.

Required Qualifications

• 15+ years in enterprise IT infrastructure architecture and operations.
• Deep knowledge of virtualization (VMware, Hyper-V, KVM), storage (SAN, NAS, cloud), and DR solutions (Veeam, Commvault, Azure Backup).
• Extensive hands-on experience with AWS, Azure, and Google Cloud.
• Familiarity with monitoring tools (SCOM, Nagios, Datadog, New Relic) and endpoint management (SCCM, Intune).
• Understanding of core networking (routing, switching, load balancing, firewalls).
• Proficiency in database administration (SQL Server, Oracle, PostgreSQL, MySQL).

Service Management & Automation

• ITIL Foundation certified (ITIL Expert/Master preferred).
• Experience with tools like ServiceNow, Jira Service Management, or Remedy.
• Knowledge of automation and orchestration tools such as Ansible, Terraform, and PowerShell.
• Exposure to DevOps and cloud operations methodologies.

Educational & Additional Requirements

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related discipline.
• Relevant certifications: Azure Solutions Architect, AWS Solutions Architect, VMware VCP, etc.
• Strong communication, leadership, and client-facing skills.
• Willingness to travel for client engagements globally.
• Prior experience in consulting or managed services environments is a plus.
• Awareness of security frameworks and compliance standards.
