Enterprise Architect

About the Role:

We are launching a new NBFC and are seeking a seasoned Enterprise Architect to drive our technology blueprint and ensure seamless alignment between business vision and IT strategy. This role will be pivotal in building a secure, scalable, and future-ready digital lending ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities:

• Define and own the enterprise architecture roadmap for the NBFC, covering applications, data, infrastructure, and security.
• Design scalable system architecture for core lending, customer onboarding, risk, and compliance platforms.
• Evaluate and integrate fintech solutions, APIs, and cloud technologies to build a modern digital stack.
• Collaborate with business, product, and engineering teams to ensure architecture supports business goals and regulatory needs.
• Establish technology governance, standards, and best practices.
• Assess emerging technologies and recommend adoption for innovation and efficiency.

Key Requirements:

• 810 years of experience in enterprise architecture, preferably in BFSI/Fintech/NBFC domains.
• Strong expertise in cloud platforms (AWS/Azure), microservices, APIs, and integration frameworks.
• Proven experience in digital lending, core financial systems, or middleware architecture.
• Knowledge of security, compliance, and RBI regulatory frameworks for financial services.
• Strong leadership, stakeholder management, and solution design capabilities.

Preferred Certifications:

• TOGAF / AWS / Azure Architect (nice to have, not mandatory)
