As an outcomes-oriented and highly collaborative Account Executive at MuleSoft, you will play a crucial role in driving the go-to-market strategy for your territory and leading the sales cycle. Your primary focus will be on selling strategic business outcomes with long-term, high growth engagements rather than just a piece of software. You will work closely with a cross-functional team to transform the way customers build software and conduct business. Your success will be instrumental in achieving significant revenue targets and contributing to the explosive growth of MuleSoft worldwide. In your first year at MuleSoft, you can expect to: - Work towards exceeding your ramped annual sales quota and build a pipeline for future business growth - Collaborate with the global Sales Enablement team for onboarding and development programs to ensure your success - Develop a long-term plan for your territory by generating demand and nurturing both existing and new opportunities - Gain expertise in MuleSoft messaging, sales approach, products, and services - Be part of a driven team dedicated to delivering exceptional customer outcomes To be successful in this role, you will need: - Minimum 12+ years of relevant experience in middleware/integration/technology sales - Demonstrated success in leading complex sales to IT and business leaders - Proven track record in driving large deals exceeding $500K - Strong domain expertise in Enterprise accounts, particularly in South-India, including Financial Services - At least 10+ years of experience in Solution sales within the Software industry - Focus on delivering customer success through a consultative, outcome-based sales approach - Strong communication skills with a value for honest and direct conversations - Collaborative mindset with a company-first mentality and commitment to supporting colleagues for mutual success - Degree or equivalent relevant experience, evaluated based on core proficiencies for the role About MuleSoft, a Salesforce company: MuleSoft's mission is to facilitate organizational change and innovation by simplifying the connection of applications, data, and devices.
