The Regional Sales Manager (RSM) role based in Noida/Ghaziabad, Dehradun, Delhi, and Chandigarh, reports to the Director-B2B. Furthermore, you will develop long-term partnerships with campuses, support them in the admission process, conduct regular visits, and provide reports on campus acquisition, enrolments, and fee collections. Staying updated on education sector trends, identifying competitors, and adapting strategies accordingly will be crucial. Key Requirements: - Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred). - Experience: 5+ years in sales, business development, preferably in the education sector, with a proven track record of achieving sales targets. - Skills: Strong interpersonal, communication, organizational, and time-management skills, proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software, and an analytical mindset. Preferred Qualities: - Knowledge of higher educational institutes and the education ecosystem in India. - Proactive, self-driven, strong problem-solving abilities. - Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned region. Reporting & Analysis : Prepare reports on campus acquisition, student enrolments, and fee collections. Analyse trends and performance data to identify areas for improvement and growth opportunities. Present findings and insights to senior management to support strategic decision-making. Market Research : Stay informed about trends and developments in the education sector, particularly related to HIGHER EDUCATIONAL INSTITUTES-affiliated institutions. Identify potential competitors and market shifts to adapt strategies accordingly. Key Requirements: Education : Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred). Student Recruitment and Admissions Convert Walk-In Inquiries to Enrolments: Engage effectively with parents who visit the school in person by providing tailored tours, immediate access to key staff (such as the principal or admissions officer), and prompt, informative responses. Build rapport, highlight the schools strengths, and help in completing the application on the spot to increase the likelihood of immediate or guaranteed enrolment. Respond to Inquiries: Answer queries via email, phone, or in person regarding admission process/criteria, fees, deadlines, and the school policies. Promote the School: Participate in school fairs, open days, and marketing campaigns to attract prospective students and parents. Schedule School Tours/Interviews: Coordinate tours, interviews, and meetings with teaching staff or leadership. 2. Application Processing Receive and Review Applications: Collect application forms and ensure they are complete with all required documents (e.g., Aadhar card, Other ID Proofs). Evaluate Eligibility: Verify that applicants meet the academic and administrative requirements for entry. Coordinate Testing and Interviews: Organize entrance exams or interviews if part of the admissions process. Communicate Admission Decisions: Notify applicants about admission outcomes and offer guidance on next steps. 3. Enrolment Management Student Registration: Assist admitted students with completing enrolment forms, and submission of required documents.
