Role Description

This is a full-time remote position for an Enrollment Specialist. The role involves guiding prospective students throughout the enrollment process, assisting them with inquiries about programs, and ensuring a seamless onboarding experience. Additionally, the Enrollment Specialist will handle credentialing and verify necessary documentation accurately while providing exceptional support and clear communication to students. Building positive relationships and supporting prospective students in navigating their options will be key to success in this role.

Qualifications

• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to effectively interact with diverse learners and guide them through the enrollment process
• Experience with Credentialing and verifying documents for accuracy and compliance
• Knowledge of Employee Benefits and Insurance related processes, including an understanding of their relevance to learning programs
• Proven ability to work independently and remotely
• Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills
• Previous experience in higher education, admissions, or student services is a plus
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Education, or a related field preferred
