The Opportunity
We are seeking a driven and dynamic Enrollment Coordinator to join our high-energy sales team based in Mumbai, India. As an Enrollment Coordinator for Hult International Business School, you'll be the main point of contact for candidates who have expressed interest in participating in one of our group's scholastic programs and help them determine if we're the right fit for them. Our students have the opportunity to see the world while attaining a higher education degree and are able to learn alongside a diverse student body.
Responsibilities
- Contacting a large volume of candidates in South Asia Region who have expressed interest in advancing their education, qualify them, and see if Hult offers a fit for them.
- Work directly with our Enrollment team to procure strong candidates for them to speak with and bring on board as students.
- Work collaboratively with a diverse, driven team in a fast-paced environment to develop new best practices.
Qualifications
- Fluency in English (additional languages are a plus).
- Has a passion for international business and champions international education.
- Has exceptional interpersonal communication skills and effortlessly relates to people of varied cultural, and social backgrounds.
- Customer-focused, with a high level of curiosity and a talent for understanding and addressing candidate needs through active listening
- Goal-oriented and resilient; eager to exceed sales targets—“Nothing is impossible” mindset.
- Adaptable, with a willingness to learn and embrace feedback.
- Has experience in working with South Asia (India, Pakistan, Nepal, Bangladesh, Bhutan, Afghanistan, The Maldives).
- A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in business, sales, or marketing is a plus.
