We are hiring for a Greenfield company in Hosur for Various Positions in Production and Quality

1. Production Engineer

• Monitor daily manufacturing operations and ensure adherence to production schedules.
  
• Troubleshoot equipment and process issues to minimize downtime.
  
• Implement lean manufacturing and 5S practices.
  
• Assist in process optimization and cost reduction initiatives.
  
• Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
  

2. Production Manager

• Lead and supervise the production team to meet targets on time.
  
• Plan and allocate resources efficiently to optimize output.
  
• Drive continuous improvement and lean strategies.
  
• Coordinate with planning, maintenance, and quality departments.
  
• Maintain compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards.
  

3. General Manager Production

• Strategically manage overall production operations to meet business goals.
  
• Drive plant efficiency, productivity, and profitability improvements.
  
• Lead cross-functional teams for capacity expansion and process excellence.
  
• Oversee budgeting, cost control, and resource planning.
  
• Report to top leadership on KPIs and operational metrics.
  

4. Quality Engineer

• Conduct in-process and final product inspections and audits.
  
• Analyze root causes of quality issues and drive corrective actions.
  
• Maintain documentation as per ISO/IATF standards.
  
• Support internal and external audits.
  
• Collaborate with production for continuous quality improvement.
  

5. Quality Manager

• Manage the quality assurance team and ensure adherence to quality systems.
  
• Oversee implementation of QMS and regulatory compliance (ISO, IATF, etc.).
  
• Lead internal audits, supplier quality programs, and customer complaint resolution.
  
• Drive improvement initiatives using tools like 8D, FMEA, and SPC.
  
• Act as key liaison between customers, suppliers, and internal teams.
  

6. General Manager – Quality

• Define and implement organization-wide quality strategies.
  
• Lead quality operations across plants/business units.
  
• Ensure global compliance and certification readiness.
  
• Interface with key customers on quality performance and improvements.
  
• Drive cultural change toward quality excellence and zero-defect mindset.
