As a Civil Maintenance Engineer in the Oil & Gas industry, you will be responsible for a wide range of activities related to site civil maintenance. Your key responsibilities will include: - Following procedures and practices for site civil maintenance - Providing common area maintenance for civil activities - Ensuring compliance with SMP's and Best Engineering Practices - Managing maintenance costs within budget - Participating in troubleshooting and Root Cause Analysis of issues - Monitoring and reporting on periodic performance - Participating in Civil Reliability & Integrity studies and following recommendations - Managing contractors and overseeing turnaround and shutdown coordination and execution - Providing support to minor projects - Conducting obsolescence and knowledge management - Coordinating with functional groups for technical support - Conducting training in your field and identifying training needs of subordinates - Recommending and attending required trainings for additional capability/skills development - Tracking new regulations and ensuring compliance with applicable HSE procedures/practices - Auditing sites for compliance and good housekeeping - Keeping a close watch on expenditures and different civil works - Ensuring timely completion of maintenance jobs and maintaining the integrity of structures - Acquiring mastery in your area and ensuring BEP and SMP's are followed - Minimizing production downtime and achieving zero accidents in the discipline Qualifications required for this role include: - Graduate Engineer 1st Class from a reputed engineering college - Diploma 1st class from a reputed engineering college Experience required: - 5 years in Oil & Gas or Petrochemical Industry for Graduate Engineers - 10 years for Diploma holders in Oil and Gas or Petrochemical Industry Skills & Competencies needed: - Maintenance of Building & Civil Works, General works, Concrete works, Steel Structures, Marine Structures, and Specialized Civil works - Roads & Pavements, Geotechnical Engineering, Hydraulics Engineering - Surveying & Levelling Structures, Refractory Maintenance Works - Reliability of Civil Works, National & International Codes, Safe Working Practices - Civil Maintenance Management, Leadership, strong interpersonal, Managerial, organizing and coordinating skills - Self-motivated with strong organizational, delegation, prioritization, and time management skills In this role, you will play a crucial part in ensuring the smooth operation and maintenance of civil structures in the Oil & Gas industry, while also focusing on compliance, safety, and continuous improvement.,
