Job Description

English Tutor - Part-time

Professional Soft-Tech is looking for an experienced and qualified English tutor to join our team and help our employees improve their English communication skills.

Responsibilities:

Assess the current level of English proficiency of our employees and design personalized learning plans
Conduct online or in-person sessions to teach grammar, vocabulary, pronunciation, and other aspects of the English language
Provide feedback and guidance to help our employees overcome their challenges and achieve their goals
Monitor and evaluate the progress and performance of our employees and provide regular reports

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree or higher in English, Education, Linguistics, or a related field
At least 1-2 years of experience as an English tutor or teacher for adults
Excellent command of the English language, both spoken and written
Familiarity with various online platforms and tools for teaching English
Ability to adapt to different learning styles and needs
Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
Passion for teaching and helping others learn

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: Up to ₹15,000.00 per month

Experience:

Teaching: 1 year (Preferred)
English teaching: 1 year (Preferred)

Work Location: In person
