English Trainer / Centre Incharge

As a Soft Skills & English Trainer / Centre Incharge at our Ongole training facility, your role is crucial in designing, implementing, and maintaining structured learning programs to enhance English language proficiency and essential soft skills. You will also be responsible for overseeing center operations, performance management, and engaging with stakeholders. Key Responsibilities: - Develop and deliver training content in accordance with competency standards and learner development frameworks - Conduct classroom and practical training sessions using modern methodologies - Assess learner progress through structured evaluations and feedback mechanisms - Manage center operations, reporting, and resource allocation - Ensure discipline, attendance, and academic productivity targets are met - Collaborate with internal teams and community stakeholders to uphold operational excellence Qualifications: - Proficiency in English Teaching, Soft Skills Training, or Education-focused facilitation - Experience in instructional design and structured lesson planning - Strong written and verbal communication skills - Excellent interpersonal, presentation, and classroom engagement abilities - Ability to adapt training styles to diverse learner profiles - Bachelor's degree in Education, English, Linguistics, or related fields preferred - Relevant training certifications would be advantageous - Prior experience in managing training center operations is a plus In addition to these details, please note that the preferred candidate location is in the Andhra Pradesh Region, specifically Ongole, Guntur, or Nellore. Candidates from these locations will be given priority. The compensation offered for this position is in the range of 25,000 to 30,000 per month (in-hand), depending on your experience and fit for the role.,
