Job Description

Role and responsibilities:-

Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging lessons in line with the CBSE curriculum.
Maintain updated knowledge of subject content, CBSE standards, and modern teaching practices.
Motivate, support, and guide students to achieve their full academic potential.
Develop lesson plans that address the varying learning abilities within the classroom.
Evaluate, correct, and provide constructive feedback on student work and assignments in a timely manner.
Assess, record, and report students’ academic performance and overall development.
Communicate effectively with parents through PTMs and whenever necessary, providing updates on student progress.
Contribute to school activities, events, and departmental collaboration to enhance the learning environment.

Desired Candidate Profile:

Qualification : Bachelor’s/Master’s degree , B.Ed. in English
Strong command of the English language (spoken and written).
Candidates with School Teaching Experience along with experience in scholastic exam training will be preferred.
Ability to use innovative and creative teaching methods.
Candidates must have a clear understanding of teaching and learning needs of Foundation
Must possess excellent presentation and English communication skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

Tripunithura, Kochi, Kerala: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
