English Teacher

We are looking for an enthusiastic and skilled English Teacher to instruct students in classes 6, 7, and 8. The ideal candidate will have a strong command of English language and literature, along with the ability to create engaging lessons that improve students’ reading, writing, speaking, and comprehension skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and deliver engaging English lessons aligned with the school curriculum for classes 6, 7, and 8.
• Teach grammar, vocabulary, reading comprehension, writing skills, and oral communication.
• Develop lesson plans, assignments, quizzes, and assessments to evaluate student progress.
• Encourage active participation and create a positive learning environment.
• Provide constructive feedback to students and offer additional support for those needing help.
• Maintain classroom discipline and foster respect among students.
• Collaborate with colleagues and participate in school activities and meetings.
• Communicate student progress and concerns to parents and school administration.
• Stay updated with best practices in English teaching and relevant curriculum developments.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in English, Education, or related field (MCom, MCA, MSc or any UG Courses).
• Teaching certification/diploma preferred.
• Prior experience teaching English to middle school students (classes 6-8) is an advantage.
• Strong understanding of English grammar, literature, and language skills relevant to middle school level.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Patience, creativity, and passion for teaching.
• Familiarity with educational technology and digital learning tools is a plus.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
