Who We’re Looking For:

✅ 3+ years of experience teaching English (ELA, Debate, Public Speaking, Writing)

✅ Background in IB curriculum (preferred) or expertise in US Common Core Standards (CCSS)

✅ Strong command of grammar, writing, and critical thinking skills

✅ Engaging and interactive teaching style that encourages student participation

✅ Prior experience working with international students is a plus

✅ Preferred: North American/ neutral accent.

Roles & Responsibilities:

🎯 Conduct interactive, discussion-based online classes in ELA, Debate, and Public Speaking

🎯 Guide students in critical reading, persuasive writing, and effective communication

🎯 Encourage structured arguments, public speaking confidence, and logical reasoning

🎯 Track and report student progress with actionable feedback

Selection Process:

1. Shortlisted candidates will have an assessment call

2. Complete a teaching assignment

3. Final demo class round
