Key Responsibilities: Plan and deliver well-structured lessons aligned with the curriculum. Teach English grammar, vocabulary, composition, and literature across grade levels. Encourage active participation in classroom discussions and creative writing. Assign and evaluate homework, classwork, and exams. Prepare students for internal assessments and external examinations. Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment. Provide individual attention and remedial support to students when needed. Encourage the development of reading habits and critical thinking. Collaborate with fellow teachers and school administration to improve teaching methods and curriculum design. Participate in school events, staff meetings, and parent-teacher interactions.
