Job Description
The school is seeking a dedicated and passionate English Teacher to join our Secondary School team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality instruction, fostering a positive and engaging learning environment, and supporting the overall academic and personal development of students from classes 10th to 12th.

Responsibilities:

• Deliver well-structured and engaging lessons as per the prescribed curriculum.
• Teach English Language and Literature with a focus on grammar, reading, writing, comprehension, and communication skills.
• Conduct regular assessments such as tests, assignments, quizzes, and oral evaluations.
• Evaluate student performance, maintain academic records, and provide constructive feedback.
• Identify learning difficulties and offer remedial support when needed.
• Collaborate with parents during PTMs to discuss student progress.
• Encourage student participation, creativity, and confidence-building.

Requirements & Skills:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree is Mandatory B.Ed , M.Ed
• B.A or M.A in English
• Strong classroom management skills.
• Excellent command of English grammar, vocabulary, and communication skills.
