Full Job Description:
Vadodara Based Candidate Preferred.
Key Responsibilities
Maintain books of accounts using accounting software (e.g., Tally, QuickBooks, etc.).
Record daily financial transactions including receipts, payments, and journal entries.
Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
Reconcile bank statements and resolve discrepancies promptly.
Assist in preparing annual budgets and monitor expenses against approved budgets.
Process vendor bills, staff reimbursements, and petty cash transactions.
Ensure cost control and financial discipline in all school departments.
Support statutory audits, internal audits, and tax filings.
Maintain compliance with all financial regulations (GST, TDS, PF, etc.).
Prepare required documentation and reports for auditors and management.
Liaise with vendors, banks, and auditors for financial matters.
Provide timely financial reports and analysis to the management.
Qualifications & Skills
Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Accounting, or Finance (B.Com / M.Com /Inter CA preferred).
3–5 years of experience in accounting (experience in educational institutions preferred).
Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software (Tally ERP, QuickBooks, etc.).
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Good communication and coordination abilities
