About the Role:

Full-Time English Tutor

full-time paid role

What You’ll Do:

• Conduct interactive

  phonics demo classes

  (1:1 and small groups)
• Engage both children and parents during the session
• Explain phonics concepts like letter sounds, blending, segmenting, etc.
• Coordinate with academic and sales teams for demo scheduling
• Provide feedback to internal teams after each demo

Requirements:

• 1+ year experience in teaching phonics (online preferred)
• Knowledge of Jolly Phonics or similar methods (certification is a plus)

• Fluent in English

  and

  any one South Indian language

  (Tamil, Telugu, Kannada, or Malayalam)
• Confident in handling both children and parents
• Must have a

  proper work-from-home setup

  : laptop, webcam, headset & stable internet
• Comfortable working between

  2 PM to 9 PM, Monday–Saturday

What We Offer:

• Fixed monthly salary

  between ₹12,000 – ₹20,000 (based on experience & performance)
