The ESL Facilitator will be responsible for planning and delivering effective English as a Second Language lessons to primary and lower secondary students. This includes preparing teaching materials, assessing student progress, and collaborating with other educators to ensure a cohesive learning experience. The facilitator will also participate in parent-teacher meetings, provide feedback to students and parents, and engage in ongoing professional development to stay updated with the latest ESL teaching methodologies. Position 1: Admin Officer – Parent Engagement & Internal Operations About the Role We’re looking for someone who genuinely enjoys working with people, especially parents and teachers. You’ll be the go-to person for handling admissions-related conversations, coordinating between teachers and parents, supporting our outreach to preschools, and helping organize events and campus visits. What You'll Do? About the Role This role needs someone who isn’t afraid to step outside the school campus and get things done—whether it’s dealing with government offices, ensuring infrastructure is compliant, or managing vendor relationships. You’ll also support external events, help manage school marketing campaigns, and coordinate with preschools for outreach. Owning a two-wheeler is essential for this role as it involves regular local travel. What You'll Do?
