Job Description:

We are looking for a dedicated and energetic Academic Counselor cum Language Trainer to join our team. The ideal candidate should have prior experience in the education sector and be passionate about guiding students, improving their communication skills, and preparing them for career success.

Key Responsibilities:

• Communicate effectively with students and build a positive rapport.
• Conduct regular one-on-one and group sessions to understand students’ academic and personal challenges.
• Encourage and motivate students to stay active and engaged in their studies.
• Provide English language training sessions focusing on grammar, communication, and fluency.
• Guide students in resume preparation, interview skills, and personality development.
• Offer career counseling and support to help students achieve their academic and professional goals.
• Maintain proper records of student interactions and progress.
• Coordinate with academic and management teams to ensure overall student development.

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year experience working in an educational institution.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good command of spoken and written English.
• Ability to connect with students and handle counseling sessions with empathy.
• Basic knowledge of resume writing and interview training.
• Positive attitude, teamwork, and a student-centered approach.
