English Language Trainer

Roles:

• Conduct regular sessions focused on improving spoken English and building confidence.
• Coordinating and scheduling English training sessions for candidates at various stages of the selection process.
• Track and ensure regular attendance of candidates in training sessions.
• Maintaining accurate records of training completion and performance.
• Delivering training content effectively and comprehensively.
• Ensuring that our candidates meet the required standards before they are cleared for deployment.

Requirements:

• Strong communication skills in English, Hindi.
• ⁠⁠Must be a self starter and independent operator
• ⁠⁠Strong project management skills
• ⁠⁠Teaching/ Training experience mandatory – atleast 2 years

Working hours: 9:30am - 6:30pm (Work from Office role)

Working days: Mon - Sat (3rd Saturdays off)
