Summary

We are seeking an experienced

English Language Trainer

to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 2 to 5 years of experience in the English Language and a passion for teaching English language skills. The English Language Trainer will be responsible for designing and delivering engaging and effective English language training programs to employees at all levels of the organization.

Roles And Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement English language training programs that are tailored to the needs of the organization
  • Conduct assessments to identify the English language proficiency levels of employees
  • Create engaging and interactive learning materials, including lesson plans, activities, and assessments
  • Deliver English language training sessions in a variety of formats, including in-person, virtual, and self-paced
  • Provide feedback and support to employees to help them improve their English language skills
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of the English language training programs and make adjustments as needed
  • Collaborate with other trainers and stakeholders to ensure alignment with organizational goals and objectives

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in English, Education, or a related field
  • 2 to 5 years of experience in the teaching field, TOFEL, IELTS Trainer can also apply
  • Certification in English language teaching (e.g. TEFL, TESOL) preferred
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively with employees at all levels of the organization
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software applications
  • The ability to execute lessons with meaning, in a fun, and engaging manner.
