Job Title: Head of English Department (HOD)
Key Responsibilities:
1. Curriculum Development: Oversee the development and implementation of the English curriculum.
2. Teaching and Mentoring: Lead and mentor English teachers, providing guidance and support.
3. Assessment and Evaluation: Develop and implement assessment strategies to evaluate student progress.
4. Resource Management: Manage English department resources, including textbooks and materials.
5. Professional Development: Facilitate professional development opportunities for English teachers.
6. Communication: Collaborate with other departments and stakeholders to ensure effective communication.
Requirements:
1. Strong educational background in English.
2. Teaching experience and leadership skills.
3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹355,435.93 - ₹800,000.00 per year
