Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an English Communication Trainer located in Gwalior. The English Communication Trainer will be responsible for designing and delivering effective training programs to enhance the English communication skills of our students. Daily tasks include developing training curriculum, conducting training sessions, providing feedback, and assessing students' progress. The trainer will also engage in writing training materials and facilitating intercultural communication practices.

Qualifications

• Strong Communication and Intercultural Communication skills
• Experience in Training and Curriculum Development
• Excellent Writing skills
• Ability to provide constructive feedback and assess student progress
• Proficiency in English, both written and verbal
• Bachelor's degree in English, Communication, Education, or a related field
• Prior experience in the aviation or hospitality industry is a plus
