As an International Customer Care Executive in the non-voice process team based in Jaipur, India, your role will involve providing exceptional customer support through email and chat interactions for our global client base. Key Responsibilities: - Deliver outstanding customer service by responding to inquiries via email and chat promptly and professionally. - Resolve customer queries, provide product information, and offer effective solutions. - Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions in the CRM system. - Meet or exceed quality standards, response time, and customer satisfaction metrics. - Collaborate with internal teams to enhance the customer experience and improve service delivery. Required Skills and Qualifications: - Excellent written communication skills in English, focusing on clarity and grammar. - Previous experience in customer service, non-voice process, or related fields preferred. - Strong problem-solving ability with a customer-first mindset. - Proficiency in CRM systems, email tools, and chat software. - Ability to multitask, work under deadlines, and maintain a positive attitude. - Strong work ethic and eagerness to grow professionally.
