HELLO TEAM, Looking for Sales Engineers. Roles & Responsibilities :- JD FOR Service Business (Sales Engineer):- 1. Responsible for sales of services related to water and waste water treatment services like AMC, O&M, chemicals, selling of consumables and spares. 2. Achieve target month on month. 3. Develop Local sales strategies for market penetration. 4. Coordinate with supply chain and Warehouse personnel and ensure timely delivery of products to customers. Ensure that required stocks are always maintained at warehouses and plan procurement of imported products by coordinating with customers and trying to understand their production plans and based on plans the approximate requirement and arrange imports taking into account the shipping time. 5. Provide technical support to the customers. 6. Corporate tie-ups and multi location tie-ups. 7. Tracking product wise enquiries, offers & conversions. 8. Monitoring Collection of Outstanding against targets, collections of C-forms ensure proper and timely flow of Communication. 9. Closely studying the competitors market and analyzing their pricing policy during the field activities. 10. Expanding business in the given territory. 11. Manage the entire gamut of business with proper processes and system in place. 12. Monthly and Daily reports on time. a. Other Requirement: 13. Should be computer savvy. 14. Should be ready to travel extensively. JD For Sales Engineer - Franchise Service Business(Sales Engineer) (IECCC) 1. Generating Service Revenue through Franchisees. 2. Responsible for Indirect sales of services related to water and waste water treatment services like selling of consumables and spares through franchisee. 3. Achievement of Annual target month on month. 4. Handle Business target through Franchisees 5. Monitoring of Franchisees Business activity. 6. Marketing activities for improving business in unreached areas for Franchisees. 7. Coordinating with Franchisees & Dealers to meet business targets on continuous basis. 8. Customer visits along with franchisees. 9. Collection follows ups with franchisees. 10. Appoint new Franchisees & dealers wherever required. 11. Travel to Locations as per requirement. 12. Process Flow Communication & Quick Execution steps or actions for Business improvement in given territory. 13. Continues improvement. 14. Team Management ( Franchises & Dealers Management) Preferred candidate profile :- Any Male candidates Who were from Technical Education( ITI/Diploma/BE BTECH) background one wo were avin minimum 1 to 10 years of sales experience in water & Waste Water Treatment Services Sales Field. Skills Required:- 1. Communication Skills & Presentation Skills. 2. Customer Service. 3. Building strong Customer/ Franchise Network . 4. Technical & Analytical Skills. 5. Handling & Coordination of Customers /Dealers. 6. Revenue generation. 7. Enquiry generation/ Billing & PO/ Bill . 8. Target Oriented Territory sales. 9.Customer Visits & meetings. 10.
