Job Description

Looking for a skilled Engineer/Senior Engineer to join our Product Management team at Atlas Copco Group. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in product management and engineering, with excellent technical skills and leadership abilities.

Roles and Responsibility

Develop and implement product strategies to drive business growth and customer satisfaction.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and launch new products and features.
Conduct market research and analyze customer feedback to identify trends and opportunities.
Work closely with the sales team to understand customer needs and provide solutions.
Develop and manage product roadmaps, prioritizing features and resources.
Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements.

Job Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, or related field).
Proven experience in product management, with a focus on engineering and technical aspects.
Strong understanding of product development processes, including design, testing, and launch.
Excellent communication, leadership, and project management skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing multiple tasks and projects.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and data-driven decision making.
