Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Product Owner to join our team at Crisil. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in product management and excellent leadership skills.

Roles and Responsibility

Develop and implement product strategies to drive business growth.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize product requirements.
Create and maintain product roadmaps and backlogs aligned with business objectives.
Analyze market trends and customer feedback to inform product decisions.
Work closely with stakeholders to define and deliver high-quality products.
Lead and motivate the product team to achieve goals and objectives.

Job Requirements

Strong understanding of product management principles and practices.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and project management skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
Experience with agile methodologies and tools such as Jira or Asana.
Strong leadership and team management skills with the ability to inspire and motivate teams.
