1. Handling all activities related to shift effectively, Preparation of logbook, trouble shooting, coordination with process in-charge and various customer related to instrumentation system, Daily routine activities of Preventive maintenance, Smooth coordination with shift members.
2. Hands on experience of Erection, testing commissioning, operation and maintenance, troubleshooting of various type of Instruments ex. Flow Meters, Temperature sensors, Pressure transmitters, Level transmitters & switches, Weight measuring devices, vibrations sensors, Control Valves, shut off valve, Gas Analyzers & Gas skids.
3. Knowledge & Operation of various type of Master calibrators like, dead weight tester, resistance decade box, universal calibrators, RTD and T/C calibrators, Pressure calibrators, Temperature bath.
4. Greenfield and brownfield project experience of execution, commissioning & testing related to instrumentation assets.
5. Handling of various Control System Configuration, Fault Diagnosis & Maintenance of PLC & DCS system of Siemens make like S7-300, 400, PCS7 (DCS), S7 1500 & 1200 series and Schneider PLC. Programming will be added advantage.
6. Knowledge of Testing, Commissioning, troubleshooting of HMI and SCADA system of Siemens make like WinCC & TIA Portal.
7. Knowledge of Fault analysis of various automation faults of PLC & SCADA, Network related problem of Profibus and Modbus. Detailed knowledge of Various protocol related to PLC & Instrumentation like TCP/IP, Fiber optic, Profibus, Modbus, HART, RS485 and RS232.
8. Operation, maintenance, commissioning and troubleshooting of Fire alarm system, Compressor, HVAC, CCTV, PA system, Door access control system, Air Shower system.
10. Spare and Inventory management for instrumentation & automation System in SAP/ERP system.
11. Self-development & Training to Sub ordinates.
12. IMS implementation with preparation of SOP, Work instruction, maintenance schedule, 5S, QC activities etc.
