Other Statutory Compliances Prepare ,consolidate and file statutory returns including: MSME Return Foreign Liabilities and Assets (FLA) Return DPT-03 Other regulatory filings as applicable 5. Financial and MIS Reporting Prepare monthly/annual financial statements in accordance with IND AS. Ensure accurate reporting of financial data and disclosures. Analyze and prepare schedules for contingent liabilities. Prepare and analyze monthly MIS reports. 6. Borrowing Accounting and Audit Perform monthly accounting of all borrowings. Prepare detailed workings and reconciliations for interest and principal repayments. Coordinate with statutory auditors for all borrowings-related matters.
