Engineering Manager

Exp: 8+yrs

Location: Bangalore

Mode of work: onsite

Role Summary

You will lead a cross-functional engineering team to deliver product/platform SaaS modules. This role blends technical leadership, people management, and strategic execution.

Responsibilities

Lead and mentor backend, frontend, and integrations engineers.
Drive execution of roadmap (MVP Phase 2 Phase 3).
Ensure code quality, security, and best practices.
Manage CI/CD, DevOps pipelines, and cloud infrastructure.
Partner with product and design teams for delivery.
Own sprint planning, estimation, and agile practices.

Requirements

8+ years in software engineering, 2+ in leadership.
Hands-on experience with cloud-native SaaS (AWS/GCP/Azure).
Strong background in full-stack or backend development.
Familiarity with RBAC, data security, and compliance needs.
Experience managing distributed teams.

Nice-to-Haves

Prior experience in GRC/Compliance/FinTech/Security SaaS.
Exposure to workflow orchestration (Temporal, Camunda).
Knowledge of AI-driven product engineering.
