Candidates will be placed in production-related departments based on skill, interview performance, and company requirement. Job Responsibilities Depending on the department, you will be working in:  Production / Assembly Line  Quality Control / Inspection  Machine Operation / CNC / VMC  Maintenance (Electrical / Mechanical)  Logistics / Store Support  Material Handling  Packing / Dispatch Support  Documentation & Reporting Eligibility Criteria  Fresher’s from 2022 / 2023 / 2024 / 2025 / 2026 batches can apply  Willingness to work in shift-based operations  Basic understanding of manufacturing processes  Ability to follow instructions, safety rules, and production standards  Physically fit for shop-floor activities
