Engineering Technician

We Kowju Airport Hotel is looking for skilled Engineering Technician who can work according to the job description given below.

• Perform routine inspections of guest rooms, public areas, and equipment to identify needed repairs
• Repair or replace damaged furniture, fixtures, and appliances in guest rooms and public areas
• Maintain and repair electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and mechanical systems throughout the hotel
• Respond promptly to guest requests for maintenance assistance, including after-hours emergencies
• Maintain cleanliness, safety, and appearance of hotel grounds and exterior features such as swimming pools and parking lots
• Coordinate with vendors and contractors to ensure timely completion of repairs and maintenance projects
• Keep detailed records of maintenance activities and supplies used, and prepare reports as needed
• Follow all safety protocols and procedures, including use of protective equipment and proper disposal of hazardous materials
• Participate in regular training and professional development to stay up-to-date on industry standards and equipment advancements.
