Engineering Projects Executive

• BE or B Tech in Mechanical & Electrical

JOB LOCATION:

• Techno-commercial rate comparison, vendor follow-ups
• Prepare project plan, project execution
• Assist in documenting the development of the project.
• Attend consultant coordination meetings and update electrical design drawings
• Attend site surveys with project manager / senior staff
• As-build drawings, specifications and bills of materials databases in the company
• Coordinate with customers, internal and external vendor.
• Develop Initial and final project budgets at various stages of design.
• Provide cost estimates for new designs by contacting new Vendors considering cost consciousness.
• Produce engineering deliverables that meet Quality, Cost and Schedule requirements.
• Prepare cost for man-hour estimates, job budgets and schedules.
• Perform field investigation and walk-down work as required.
• Ability to read and understand P&IDs, Create project documentation, P&IDs schematics.
• Develop and update equipment lists, understanding of HVAC system, chiller pipe line and pumps, specify the equipment and resolve identified problems.
• Review vendor equipment documentation within the discipline and from other disciplines for compliance with project requirements.
• All the above-mentioned responsibility for Whitefield and Hoodi facility if necessary Hosur facility may include.

EXPERIENCE:

• 4 8 years of experience in engineering project in pharmaceutical industry.

SKILLS:

• Auto CAD, Excel, Word, Teamwork, BOQ review

SOFT SKILLS:

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, Resilience.
